Simple forms, elegant stones

The pieces of jewellery made by Erich Hergert characterize his basic predilection for simple, archaic forms and his love of antique stones. In his shop in Schnoor, both a showroom and workshop at the same time, Hergert displays the potential for creativity and craftsmanship offered by high-carat gold, precious stones from pre-Christian times or cameos from the 19th century.
