Amber – a fascinating natural product

A Schnoor house dating from the 16th century is the home of Gero Bernsteinkontor. In this ambience of history and tradition the family enterprise dedicates itself to processing naturally developed Baltic Sea amber that may be up to 50 million years old. In family-owned and other cooperating workshops craft artists create wonderful and unique pieces of jewellery according to family designs – after all, every piece of amber is unique.
