The speciality from the grill

The pavilion at Liebfrauenkirchhof has already become an insider’s landmark of downtown Bremen and the friendly ladies at Bratwurstglöck’ls are among the most photographed women in the Hanseatic city. The speciality of the house is grilled sausage – also known as “the speciality from the grill”. At Bratwurstglöck’l workers stand next to businesspeople and local members of parliament next to tourists.
